INFRASTRUCTURE

COLLEGE HOSTEL :

The college has hostel facilities for both boys and girls. In view of the limited number of seats available, the hostel seats are allotted strictly on the basis of merit. To avail hostel facilities, a student should apply for hostel seats in separate application forms to be collected from the college office. Apart from this, the boarders are to abide by the hostel rules strictly and any violation of these rules will lead to the expulsion from the college as well.

LABS :

The college has laboratory facilities for the students particularly in the departments of Computer, Education, Geography and Language.

GIRLS AND BOYS COMMONROOM :

There are two separate common rooms for boys and girls. Newspaper, periodicals and indoor games facilities are provided in the common room.

AUDITORIUM :

The college has an auditorium commemorating the memory of Prof. Rana Tamuly, erstwhile Vice-Principal of the college and a legendary comedian of Assamese films.

INDOOR STADIUM AND SPORTS COMPLEX :

In order to inculcate sporting talents among the students, the college tries to provide indoor as well as outdoor sport facilities for the students.

YOGA CENTRE :

In view of the present need for improving physical as well as mental health of the students, a yoga centre has recently been added to the college. This centre runs under the supervision of yoga guru, Prof. Lakhidhar Saikia.

FACILITY CENTRE :

The college runs a facility centre from which the students can procure their regular needs such as stationeries; uniform, text-books etc. The college also has Photostat facilities at subsidised rates.

DIGITAL CLASSROOM :

The college has digital as well as smart classrooms for the benefits of the students.

CANTEEN :

The college has a permanent refreshment facility for student as well as teachers.
