HOW TO OBTAIN PROSPECTUS

| SUBMISSION OF FORMS |
| The duly filled up form should be submitted allowing with the following documents : (i) Marksheet of the last qualifying examination (ii) Pass certificate (iii) Age-certificate (iv) Character certificate from the head of the institution last attended (v) Caste certificate (wherever necessary) (vi) Passport size photograph (3 Copies) (vii) Certificates of extra-curricular activities (if applicable) (viii) Any other certificate (if applied for reserved seats) (ix) Gap certificate (if necessary) |

| SELECTION PROCEDURE |
| 1. The admission into the college is made strictly on the basis of merit and is governed by the college admission rules. The admission committee’s decision regarding admission is final and binding. 2. Any pressure or interference from any quarter for the admission of a particular student will result in a forfeiture of the claim. |
| SELECTION LIST |
| 1. The admission committee shall prepare a list of selected students representing all categories of applicants and the list will be displayed in the college notice-board. 2. When the number of applicants exceeds the seat capacity, the admission committee may prepare a waiting list. |
| LAST DATE OF ADMISSION |
| The admission committee shall fix and notify the last date of admission into the various courses. |
| FILLING UP THE VACANT SEATS (if any) |
| After the last date of admission, if any seat remains vacant, it will be filled up from the applicants named in the waiting list. This will also be on the basis of merit. |
| ADMISSION COMMITTEE |
| The admission committee consists of the Principal, Vice-Principal and a few senior faculty members. |
| COMMENCEMENT OF CLASSES |
| The date of commencement of classes will be as per the directions of Assam Higher Secondary Education Council and Dibrugarh University. |
| SELECTION PROCEDURE FOR MAJOR |
| Students seeking Major/Speciality in different subjects will be selected on the basis of merit. |
| HOSTEL ADMISSION |
| Students seeking admission in hostel must apply for hostel seat in a prescribed form available in the college office. The hostel committee will make a selection of students for hostel admission on different criteria fixed by the committee. |
